Exchanges

To request an exchange, please contact us at mothergoosestore@gmail.com with your full name, order number, and the item you would like to exchange. A member of our team will respond within one business day with next steps.

Return Policy

  • All holiday sales, special occasion sales, jewelry sales, and toy sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • All end of season sale items are final and cannot be returned.
  • Returns are accepted for store credit only in the form of a gift card within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with all original tags attached.
  • Footwear must be returned with its original shoe box in original condition. Do not use the shoe box as a shipping box.
  • Items returned without original packaging or tags may not be eligible for return.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.
  • Mother Goose Store reserves the right to refuse transactions based on excessive or irregular return activity.

How to Issue a Return

  1. Submit a return request by emailing mothergoosestore@gmail.com with your name, order number, and reason for return.
  2. Repackage the items securely. If reusing the shipping parcel, remove or cover any previous labels and barcodes.
  3. Once we receive your return, you will receive an email confirmation and a gift card for the value of the returned merchandise.
