Exchanges
To request an exchange, please contact us at mothergoosestore@gmail.com with your full name, order number, and the item you would like to exchange. A member of our team will respond within one business day with next steps.
Return Policy
- All holiday sales, special occasion sales, jewelry sales, and toy sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- All end of season sale items are final and cannot be returned.
- Returns are accepted for store credit only in the form of a gift card within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with all original tags attached.
- Footwear must be returned with its original shoe box in original condition. Do not use the shoe box as a shipping box.
- Items returned without original packaging or tags may not be eligible for return.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.
- Mother Goose Store reserves the right to refuse transactions based on excessive or irregular return activity.
How to Issue a Return
- Submit a return request by emailing mothergoosestore@gmail.com with your name, order number, and reason for return.
- Repackage the items securely. If reusing the shipping parcel, remove or cover any previous labels and barcodes.
- Once we receive your return, you will receive an email confirmation and a gift card for the value of the returned merchandise.
